Heat oven to 350°F.

Brown ground beef and onions in large skillet. Add garlic near end of cooking.

Mix in both soups, milk, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheese with beef.

Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Top with remaining cup of cheese.

Mix biscuit mix with cheese and milk until combined.

Pour biscuit mixture evenly over beef layer.

Bake 50-55 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.

Brush hot biscuit top with melted butter mixture.

Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
