Caribbean Green Seasoning (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 oz fresh cilantro.
02 - 2 oz Italian parsley.
03 - 8 crushed pimento seeds.
04 - 1 seeded scotch bonnet pepper.
05 - 1 celery stalk with leaves.
06 - 1 bunch fresh thyme.
07 - 1/2 red bell pepper.
08 - 3/4 cup lime juice.
09 - 1 inch peeled ginger.
10 - 8 peeled garlic cloves.
11 - 6 chopped green onions.
12 - 1 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Remove thick stems from herbs and roughly chop vegetables.
02 - Pulse everything in food processor to desired texture.
03 - Keep in airtight container in fridge or freeze.

# Notes:

01 - Use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
02 - Mix with oil for marinade.
03 - Keeps 1 week in fridge or 3 months frozen.
