Heat oven to 400°F. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 strips for 12 total.

Quarter apples, remove cores. Slice very thinly using knife or mandolin.

Place apple slices along top third of each pastry strip, red skin facing out.

Mix butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Brush below apple slices.

Fold bottom half of pastry up, then roll into coil. Place in greased muffin tin.

Cook 22-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.

Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
