Caramel Apple Roses (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed.
02 - 3 red apples.
03 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
04 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour.
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
07 - Caramel sauce for drizzling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 strips for 12 total.
02 - Quarter apples, remove cores. Slice very thinly using knife or mandolin.
03 - Place apple slices along top third of each pastry strip, red skin facing out.
04 - Mix butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Brush below apple slices.
05 - Fold bottom half of pastry up, then roll into coil. Place in greased muffin tin.
06 - Cook 22-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
07 - Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Slice apples very thin to bend easily.
02 - Can rearrange apples in muffin tin.
03 - Best served fresh and warm.
