Cover eggs with cold water in pot. Bring to boil, cover, remove from heat. Let sit 12 minutes.

Place eggs in ice water bath until completely cool. Peel when easy to handle.

Cut eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks to mixing bowl and arrange whites on serving plate.

Mix yolks with mayo, peppers, celery, mustard, cajun seasoning, and onion powder until smooth.

Pipe or spoon mixture into egg whites. Add green onions and extra seasoning if desired.
