Cadbury Cream Egg Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 3 cups powdered sugar
05 - Pinch of kosher salt
06 - 1 tablespoon milk
07 - 1 drop yellow food coloring

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces milk chocolate, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Beat butter and corn syrup. Add vanilla, sugar, salt and milk. Separate mixture, color one portion yellow.
02 - Pour half melted chocolate in lined pan. Add white layer, then yellow layer. Top with remaining chocolate.
03 - Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Cut with hot knife into squares.

01 - Use hot knife for clean cuts
02 - Can use semi-sweet chocolate
03 - Food coloring optional
