Butterscotch Bread Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 leftover biscuits.
02 - 1 packet butterscotch pudding mix.
03 - 2 cups whole milk.
04 - 4 large eggs.
05 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup butterscotch chips.
08 - Butterscotch sauce for topping.
09 - Vanilla ice cream for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and grease 8x8 pan. Break biscuits into pieces in pan.
02 - Whisk pudding mix, milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour over biscuits.
03 - Let sit 10 minutes, pressing biscuits to soak up liquid.
04 - Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and bake 40 minutes.
05 - Top with warm butterscotch sauce and ice cream if desired.
