Bundt Coffee Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/3 cup flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 - 2 cups sugar.
05 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
06 - 3 large eggs.
07 - 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream.
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.
09 - 1 tablespoon whiskey (optional).
10 - 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts.
11 - 3 tablespoons light brown sugar.
12 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together chopped walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
02 - Preheat oven to 300 degrees and spray a 9-inch Bundt cake pan with baking spray.
03 - Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
04 - Using a standing mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
05 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then sour cream, vanilla, and whiskey until combined.
06 - Gradually beat dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
07 - Add 1/3 batter to pan, top with half the walnut mixture. Add another 1/3 batter, remaining walnuts, then final batter.
08 - Bake for 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
09 - Cool 15-20 minutes before removing from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.

02 - Can use pecans instead of walnuts.
