01 - 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
02 - 3 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

→ Filling

03 - 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 4 green onions, chopped
05 - 1/3 cup finely diced celery
06 - 1/2 cup Frank's Wing sauce
07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

→ Seasonings

09 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
12 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper

→ Topping

13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
14 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
15 - Chopped chives (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Cut rolls horizontally, keeping them connected.
02 - Mix cream cheese, vegetables, seasonings, and hot sauce. Fold in chicken and mozzarella.
03 - Spread filling on bottom bun layer, add blue cheese, top with upper buns.
04 - Brush with seasoned butter. Bake 10-12 minutes until brown and heated.
