Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Loaded Baked Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed.
04 - 1 cup buffalo sauce.
05 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
06 - 4-6 russet potatoes, scrubbed clean.
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided.
08 - 1 cup sour cream.
09 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing.
10 - Green onions, sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
02 - Add cream cheese cubes, buffalo sauce, and chicken broth to slow cooker.
03 - Cover chicken with parchment paper. Pierce potatoes with fork and place on parchment.
04 - Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
05 - Remove potatoes and parchment. Shred chicken, then mix with 1 cup cheese in sauce until melted.
06 - Split potatoes, fill with buffalo chicken. Top with cheese, sour cream, ranch, and onions.
