Brownie Bottom Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie layer

01 - 1 box brownie mix (440g/15.25oz)

→ Cheesecake layer

02 - 2 packages cream cheese (250g/8oz each, softened)
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - ½ cup sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Mix brownies from package according to package directions. Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch greased springform pan.
03 - Bake the brownie mixture for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
04 - Add cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla to a large bowl. Beat together until smooth. Spread on top of the baked brownie mixture.
05 - Reduce oven heat to 325°F (160°C). Bake for 50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly jiggly.
06 - Let the cheesecake cool completely before removing from the pan. Serve with chocolate sauce, if desired.

01 - I used a 440g package of Betty Crocker Chocolate Chunk brownie mix for this recipe.
