Broiled Herb Lobster Tails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails.
02 - Salt and pepper to taste.
03 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
04 - 3 cloves minced garlic.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon minced thyme.
07 - 1 teaspoon minced rosemary.
08 - 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to broil or 500°F. Butterfly lobster tails by cutting down center with shears, pulling meat upward.
02 - Season exposed lobster meat with salt and pepper.
03 - Mix melted butter with garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
04 - Spread herb butter mixture evenly over each lobster tail.
05 - Broil 8-10 minutes until meat is opaque and lightly browned.
