Mix flours, salt, and softened butter in a stand mixer bowl with dough hook on low speed for 1 minute.

Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a measuring cup. Let sit 15 minutes until foamy.

Add eggs to yeast mixture and stir well.

Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture, mix on low until combined.
