Bourbon Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies.
02 - 1 cup ground pecans (from 1 1/4 cups halves).
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
05 - 3 tablespoons light corn syrup.
06 - 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey.
07 - 1/3 cup extra powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Put cookie crumbs, ground pecans, sugar, cocoa, syrup and bourbon in a big bowl. Mix well with a spatula.
02 - Use clean hands to knead mixture until everything is well blended.
03 - Put bowl in fridge for 15 minutes if mixture feels too sticky.
04 - Take small scoops (less than a tablespoon) and roll into 1-inch balls.
05 - Roll each ball in powdered sugar until covered.
06 - Keep in sealed container. Flavors get better over 10 days.

# Notes:

01 - Can swap bourbon with juice or rum.
02 - Toast pecans for extra flavor.
03 - Try coating with cocoa or sprinkles.
