Put cookie crumbs, ground pecans, sugar, cocoa, syrup and bourbon in a big bowl. Mix well with a spatula.

Use clean hands to knead mixture until everything is well blended.

Put bowl in fridge for 15 minutes if mixture feels too sticky.

Take small scoops (less than a tablespoon) and roll into 1-inch balls.

Roll each ball in powdered sugar until covered.

Keep in sealed container. Flavors get better over 10 days.
