# Ingredients:

→ Blueberry Filling

01 - Fresh blueberries
02 - Granulated sugar
03 - Lemon juice
04 - Cornstarch

→ Cream Cheese Mixture

05 - Room temperature cream cheese
06 - Granulated sugar
07 - Egg yolk
08 - Lemon juice
09 - Vanilla extract

→ Base and Finish

10 - Puff pastry sheets
11 - Egg wash (egg and water)
12 - Powdered sugar glaze

# Instructions:

01 - Cook blueberries with sugar, lemon, cornstarch until thickened
02 - Cut strips, twist into braids, form pinwheels
03 - Beat cream cheese with sugar, egg yolk, flavorings
04 - Add cream cheese and blueberry filling to pastries
05 - Brush with egg wash, bake at 400°F for 23-25 minutes
06 - Cool, then drizzle with glaze
