Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
04 - 1 tube (8 oz) crescent roll dough.
05 - 2/3 cup fresh blueberries.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
04 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
05 - Spread cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
06 - Add blueberries over cream cheese.
07 - Roll up each triangle from wide end.
08 - Place rolls on baking sheet.
09 - Bake 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
10 - Let cool slightly before serving.

01 - Can use low-fat cream cheese or frozen blueberries if needed.
