Blackberry Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sugar.
02 - 1/3 cup tapioca starch.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon baking soda.
06 - 32 ounces fresh blackberries.
07 - 8 ounces fresh raspberries.
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
09 - 1 tablespoon sugar for topping.
10 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
11 - 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
12 - 8 tablespoons cold butter.
13 - 1/2 cup cold buttermilk.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F and mix sugar, starch, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
02 - Toss berries with sugar mixture and place in baking dish.
03 - Mix dry ingredients, work in butter until flaky, stir in buttermilk.
04 - Drop topping over berries in spoonfuls, sprinkle with extra sugar if desired.
05 - Bake about 1 hour until golden and bubbling.
06 - Let cool 1 hour before serving to thicken.

# Notes:

01 - Don't use metal baking dish.
02 - Can use all blackberries.
03 - Keeps 2-3 days at room temp.
