Best Ever Pepper Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced.
02 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
03 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
04 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
05 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
06 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
07 - 1 onion, thinly sliced.
08 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced.
09 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced.
10 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
11 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated.
12 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
13 - 2 green onions, sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar.
02 - Marinate sliced beef for 15 minutes.
03 - Stir-fry beef in hot oil until brown.
04 - Remove beef from pan.
05 - Sauté vegetables with garlic and ginger.
06 - Return beef to pan.
07 - Season with salt and pepper.
08 - Garnish with green onions.
