Heat oven to 425°F. Line muffin tin with liners or grease.

Mash bananas. Mix in eggs, syrup and milk.

Stir in oats and let sit 4-5 minutes.

Mix in flour, spices, baking powder and soda until just combined.

Fill muffin cups. Start at 425°F then reduce to 350°F. Bake 15-20 minutes.
