# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon salt.
02 - 2 teaspoons baking soda.
03 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 4 overripe bananas.
06 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 1 cup brown sugar.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
10 - 1 cup sour cream.
11 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.
12 - 3 ounces cream cheese, softened.
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
15 - Pinch of salt.
16 - Chopped pecans or walnuts for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt pan.
02 - Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda together.
03 - Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add mashed bananas, vanilla, then eggs one at a time.
04 - Mix in sour cream and flour mixture until just combined.
05 - Pour into pan, bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Cool in pan for 20 minutes, then turn out and cool completely.
07 - Mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake.
