Banana Bread Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium banana, mashed
02 - ½ cup rolled oats
03 - ½ cup milk
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
05 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup
06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
09 - Pinch of kosher salt

# Instructions:

01 - Mash the banana and add it to the bottom of a mason jar.
02 - Add the rolled oats, milk, walnuts, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt. Stir until thoroughly combined.
03 - Cover the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
04 - Before serving, garnish with additional sliced bananas and a drizzle of maple syrup, if desired.
