Mash the banana and add it to the bottom of a mason jar.

Add the rolled oats, milk, walnuts, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Cover the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
