Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups rolled oats
02 - 2 medium ripe bananas
03 - 1 cup brown sugar
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Line 12-cup muffin pan.
02 - Mash bananas with eggs. Mix in oats, baking powder, sugar and vanilla.
03 - Fold in blueberries gently.
04 - Fill muffin cups and bake 15 minutes.
