Bacon Jalapeño Twists (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tubes pizza dough.
02 - 8 oz soft cream cheese.
03 - 4 slices crumbled bacon.
04 - 1 small red onion, diced.
05 - 1 diced jalapeño.
06 - 2 teaspoons minced chives.
07 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
08 - 2 cups white cheddar.
09 - 3 spoons butter.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic for topping.
11 - 1 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets. Stack and press dough together, cut in 4 pieces, roll each to 8x10 inches.
02 - Mix cream cheese, bacon, onion, jalapeño, chives and garlic.
03 - Spread filling between dough layers and stack all four pieces.
04 - Cut into 16 strips and twist each into circles.
05 - Top with cheese and bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
06 - Let cool 5 minutes. Brush with garlic butter and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Stacked dough works better.
02 - Serve while warm.
03 - Can make more or less spicy.
