Avocado Deviled Eggs Classic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 large eggs
02 - 2 ripe avocados (about 1 cup mashed)
03 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
06 - ½ tsp salt
07 - ¼ tsp black pepper
08 - Paprika or chili powder for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and remove from heat for 12 minutes.
02 - Transfer the boiled eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
03 - Peel and halve cooled eggs lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a bowl and mix with mashed avocado, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
04 - Mash until smooth without lumps.
05 - Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg whites.
06 - Sprinkle paprika or chili powder on top before serving.
