Easy Almond Flour Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups almond flour
02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt
06 - ½ cup granulated sugar

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - ½ teaspoon almond extract
11 - ½ cup plain yogurt
12 - ¼ cup almond milk

→ Topping

13 - Sliced almonds (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch cake pan, line with parchment.
02 - Whisk almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
03 - Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
04 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla and almond extracts.
05 - Alternate adding dry ingredients with yogurt and milk. Pour into pan, top with almonds if desired. Bake 30-35 minutes.
