Air Fryer Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1 pound ground pork or chicken.
03 - 1 clove minced garlic.
04 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
05 - 1 shredded carrot.
06 - 3 chopped scallions.
07 - 3 cups shredded cabbage.
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
10 - 12 egg roll wrappers.
11 - Oil for brushing.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown meat 6-8 minutes, then add veggies and seasonings, cook 3-4 minutes until cabbage wilts.
02 - Let filling mixture cool down.
03 - Put 1/4 cup filling in each wrapper, wet edges, roll into cylinders.
04 - Brush with oil, cook at 350°F for 6-7 minutes, flip, oil again, cook 4-5 minutes more.

# Notes:

01 - Can pan fry instead of air frying.
02 - Make filling ahead if needed.
03 - Cook in single layer.
