Air Fryer Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium cauliflower head (about 1.5 lbs), cut into florets.
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and dry a medium head of cauliflower. Cut into even-sized florets and put in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
02 - Pour olive oil over the florets. Toss or massage in bag until all pieces are coated well.
03 - Mix all seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the oiled cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
04 - If needed, preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3-4 minutes.
05 - Put cauliflower in air fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 400°F, shaking every 5 minutes until golden brown.

01 - Cook times may vary by air fryer model.
02 - Use ziplock bag for easier cleanup.
03 - Wear gloves when mixing to avoid turmeric stains.
