Caramel Apple Empanadas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boxes (15 oz each) refrigerated pie crust.
02 - 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling.
03 - 1 bag (11 oz) kraft caramels.
04 - 4 tablespoons butter.
05 - 2 tablespoons sugar.
06 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat apple pie filling and caramels in saucepan over medium heat, stirring until caramels melt.
02 - Cut 5 circles from each pie crust using coffee mug. Add filling to center, fold over and seal edges.
03 - Brush empanadas with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
04 - Air fry in batches at 330°F for 10 minutes until golden.

01 - Makes 20 empanadas total.
