# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (serves 4) strawberry flavoured gelatin powder
02 - 120 ml boiling water
03 - 120 ml cold water

04 - 150 g fresh strawberries, sliced
05 - 115 g cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 cup (240 ml) whipped topping, thawed
07 - 0.25 tsp vanilla extract

→ Garnish (optional)

08 - Sliced strawberries
09 - Additional whipped topping

# Instructions:

01 - Combine strawberry gelatin powder and boiling water in a medium mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until gelatin is completely dissolved.
02 - Transfer dissolved gelatin mixture to a blender. Add sliced strawberries, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and cold water. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth and fully integrated.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl. Gently whisk in the thawed whipped topping until the mousse is evenly combined, maintaining a light texture.
04 - Divide the mixture evenly among four dessert glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the mousse to fully set.
05 - Top each serving with additional whipped topping and sliced strawberries before serving, if desired.
