01 -
Preheat the oven according to the package instructions. Arrange frozen tater kegs on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Allow them to cool briefly for safe handling.
02 -
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Remove excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in ranch dressing and combine well. Add crumbled turkey bacon and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat.
03 -
When tater kegs are cool enough to handle, carefully use a small spoon or knife to hollow out the center of each one, creating a pocket for the filling.
04 -
Fill each tater keg with the beef and turkey bacon mixture, pressing gently to pack the filling. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tops.
05 -
Return the stuffed tater kegs to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
06 -
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot, accompanied by extra ranch dressing as a dipping sauce if desired.
