# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Fresh grated ginger
02 - Minced garlic
03 - Vegetable broth
04 - Thai green curry paste
05 - Full fat coconut milk

→ Noodles

06 - Vermicelli noodles

→ Fresh Herbs

07 - Fresh basil
08 - Fresh cilantro
09 - Chopped chives or scallions

→ For Serving

10 - Lime wedges

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ginger and garlic in oil until fragrant
02 - Add broth and curry paste, bring to boil
03 - Stir in coconut milk, simmer 2 minutes
04 - Add noodles and herbs, cook 2-3 minutes until soft
