# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - Graham cracker crumbs
02 - Brown sugar
03 - White sugar
04 - Melted butter

→ Filling

05 - Room temperature cream cheese
06 - Room temperature sour cream
07 - Room temperature heavy cream
08 - Vanilla extract
09 - Granulated sugar
10 - Cornstarch
11 - Room temperature eggs

→ Fruit

12 - Halved maraschino cherries
13 - Chunked canned pineapple

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 300°F. Ready 6x3-inch pan
02 - Mix graham ingredients, press in pan, bake 10-12 minutes
03 - Beat cream cheese, add dairy, vanilla, sugar, cornstarch until smooth
04 - Mix in eggs, fold in cherries and pineapple
05 - 12 minutes at 300°F, then 95 minutes at 225°F. Cool in oven
06 - Refrigerate overnight before serving
