Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Filling

01 - 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
03 - 2/3 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Base and Topping

05 - 24-26 Oreo cookies, crushed

# Instructions:

01 - Place the Oreos in a sealable plastic bag, and crush them using a rolling pin or sturdy wooden spoon. Spoon 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos into the bottom of six small dessert dishes (each with a capacity of 3/4 to 1 cup). Set aside.
02 - Using a hand or standing mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
03 - Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Add the remaining crushed Oreos and fold until evenly incorporated.
04 - Evenly distribute the cheesecake filling among the prepared dishes, gently pressing onto the crushed Oreo base.
05 - Chill the cheesecake cups for about 1 hour, or until ready to serve. Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and crushed Oreos, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - You can create layers in the dessert for a parfait-style presentation or prepare it in a single large dish for spooning out servings.
02 - Experiment with different Oreo flavors for variety. Adding peppermint extract and mint Oreos creates a refreshing twist.
