Moist Chocolate Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 130g all-purpose flour
02 - 207g sugar
03 - 43g unsweetened natural cocoa powder
04 - 1 tsp baking soda
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 120ml milk
07 - 120ml vegetable oil
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
09 - 120ml hot water
10 - 1 large egg

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 148°C (300°F) and prepare a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
03 - Add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth.
04 - Carefully pour in the hot water and mix until fully incorporated. The batter will be thin.
05 - Fill each cupcake liner about halfway full with batter.
06 - Bake for 18–21 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
07 - Allow the cupcakes to cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
08 - Frost with your favorite chocolate or vanilla frosting and decorate as desired.
