06 - Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and place a wire rack on top.
02 - Lay the bacon slices in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they do not overlap.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, maple syrup, cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper (if using) until a thick paste forms.
04 - Using a brush or spoon, evenly coat each slice of bacon with the glaze mixture, making sure each piece is well-covered.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized to your liking.
