Low-Carb Chocolate Cottage Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mousse Base

01 - 120 g full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 8–16 g unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 5–10 g powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
04 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

→ Optional Enrichment

05 - 10–20 g melted dark chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
02 - If enhancing with melted dark chocolate, drizzle it into the blended mixture and pulse again until fully incorporated.
03 - Portion the mousse into serving bowls or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and texture to firm.
04 - Prior to serving, garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
02 - Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of chopped nuts for added flavor and texture.
