01 -
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with a pinch of salt and black pepper until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in the cooked, crumbled bacon. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
02 -
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle approximately 23 x 33 cm, leaving edges clean for sealing.
03 -
Evenly spread the cooled beef and bacon mixture over the dough, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Starting from a long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log with the seam side facing down.
04 -
Cut the rolled dough into 2.5 to 4 cm thick rounds. Arrange the rounds with the seam down on a parchment-lined baking tray.
05 -
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in minced garlic and chopped parsley. Generously brush the tops of the rollups with the garlic butter mixture.
06 -
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Bake the rollups for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
07 -
Allow the rollups to cool for 5 minutes on the tray before serving warm, accompanied by preferred dipping sauces.
