# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1 loaf (approximately 450 g) French bread

→ Garlic Butter Spread

02 - 113 g salted butter, softened
03 - 6 garlic cloves, finely minced
04 - 60 ml Italian salad dressing
05 - 75 g shredded mozzarella cheese (from total amount)

→ Cheese Toppings

06 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C.
02 - In a large bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, Italian salad dressing, and 75 g of shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
03 - Slice French bread lengthwise in half. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of both halves.
04 - Place the bread halves, cut side up, on a baking tray. Sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese, then top with the remaining 200 g of shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
06 - Increase oven temperature to 230°C and continue baking for up to 8 minutes until the cheese begins to brown. Monitor closely to avoid over-browning.
07 - Remove bread from the oven. Slice into 2.5 cm pieces. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly minced garlic for the most robust flavor and optimal texture.
02 - For best results, shred both Parmesan and mozzarella from whole blocks.
03 - French bread provides a sturdy crust and ideal crumb for absorbing the garlic butter mixture.
04 - Store cooled bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days refrigerated or freeze for up to 3 months.
05 - To reheat, wrap bread in foil and bake at 175°C until warmed through, approximately 10 minutes if refrigerated or 15–20 minutes if frozen.
