# Ingredients:

01 - 24 ounces Texas toast thick bread, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
02 - 12 large eggs
03 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
04 - 1 1/2 cups whole milk
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Brown Sugar Pecan Topping

07 - 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
08 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
10 - 1/2 cup melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - Add bread cubes to the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
04 - Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes in the baking dish and stir to coat evenly.
05 - Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
06 - In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.
07 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
08 - Remove the baking dish from the fridge, let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, and sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the bread mixture.
