Rich Mushroom Fettuccine (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Fettuccine noodles
02 - Unsalted butter

→ Mushrooms

03 - Thick-sliced cremini mushrooms
04 - Shiitake mushrooms

→ Aromatics

05 - Diced sweet onion
06 - Minced garlic
07 - Fresh thyme leaves

→ Sauce

08 - All-purpose flour
09 - Dry white wine
10 - Chicken stock
11 - Heavy cream
12 - Fresh Parmesan

→ Garnish

13 - Fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta according to package directions
02 - Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter 8-10 minutes until browned
03 - Add garlic, thyme, then flour. Add wine to deglaze
04 - Add stock, simmer 7-9 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan
05 - Mix pasta with sauce, garnish with parsley
