Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
02 - 6 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced (1 tablespoon)
03 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
04 - 1 1/2 cups half and half
05 - 1/2 cup chicken stock, vegetable stock, or water
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
07 - Kosher salt and fresh black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
02 - Add the flour and cook until lightly golden, 1-2 minutes.
03 - Slowly whisk in the half and half and chicken stock. Simmer until thickened, 1-2 minutes.
04 - Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
