# Instructions:

Crisp bacon, reserve 2 tablespoons fat

Cook onion, celery, carrots in bacon fat 5 minutes

Add garlic, flour, then liquids

Stir in corn, potatoes, seasonings, most bacon

Cook covered until potatoes tender, 15-20 minutes
