Reduce heat to low. Add freshly squeezed lime juice and two-thirds of the chopped cilantro to the skillet. Stir gently to combine. Adjust seasoning as necessary with additional salt, red pepper flakes, or lime juice. Add another tablespoon of olive oil if desired.
