Chocolate Dipped PB Hearts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - Melted salted butter
02 - Creamy peanut butter
03 - Granulated sugar
04 - Vanilla extract
05 - Powdered sugar

→ Coating

06 - Semi-sweet chocolate chips
07 - Shortening for chocolate

→ Decoration

08 - White chocolate chips
09 - Shortening for drizzle
10 - Heart sprinkles (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla until creamy. Mix in powdered sugar
02 - Press mixture in pan, freeze 15 minutes. Cut hearts, freeze 30 minutes
03 - Melt chocolate with shortening in 30-second increments
04 - Coat frozen hearts in chocolate. Work in small batches
05 - Add white chocolate drizzle and sprinkles. Let set
