180g plain nonfat Greek yogurt

180mL unsweetened vanilla almond milk

260g ice cubes
# Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed.

Pulse the blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve right away.

Any milk (cow’s, soy, coconut, etc.) can be substituted for the almond milk.

The smoothie is very thick as written; adjust the amount of ice if you prefer a thinner consistency.
