# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
02 - 3 ears of corn, cooked, shucked and cut off the cob
03 - 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
04 - 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (approximately 1/2 small bunch)

→ Dressing

06 - 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
07 - 2 to 3 Tbsp lime juice, from 1 to 2 limes
08 - 2 garlic cloves, pressed or finely minced
09 - 1 tsp sea salt or 3/4 tsp table salt
10 - 1/8 tsp black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a large salad bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, corn kernels, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
02 - Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and lime juice, then add pressed garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
03 - Toss the salad gently until ingredients are evenly combined.
04 - Serve the salad immediately as a side or refrigerate until ready to eat.
